About

Healthier Relationships. Secure Attachments. Emotional Connections.

I’m an attachment focused therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. As a certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, I focus on creating strong emotional connections and healing relational wounds through a compassionate and structured approach. By targeting ineffective behaviors and fostering secure attachments, I help guide my clients towards greater understanding and intimacy. (To learn more about Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) please visit https://iceeft.com/what-is-eft-public/ ) A little about me. I am licensed in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Colorado. Therapy is virtual only. I've been happily married for over 25 years. I'm a proud parent of three wonderful young adults and have two dogs who keep me busy. I am originally from Fargo, ND but recently moved to Parker, CO. I'm a coffee lover and an avid reader. In my previous ND life I enjoyed spending time camping and relaxing by the lake. Now I hope to get into hiking and trail riding in our UTV. In my free time, you might find me playing pinochle or indulging in a game of Candy Crush. If you’re interested in scheduling an appointment with me, please click the MESSAGE button or call 701.239.2567.
